how to tap in + tap out

The purpose of this Self-Assessment is to improve your body awareness. At TAP, we believe that body awareness is the key to improved physical and mental health. It helps prevent injuries, optimize movement, manage pain, and foster a strong mind-body connection. Developing this awareness enhances well-being, improves body mechanics, and promotes mindfulness and focus. With personalized coaching and hands-on therapy, we nurture body awareness, empowering you to live a fulfilling and vibrant life.  There are two components to the TAP Assessment: TAP IN & TAP OUT

TAP IN: Assess your internal state.  What do you feel and where do you feel it? What is your mood and emotional state? This begins with findings a quiet seated position and focusing on your breath.  

TAP OUT: Assess your physical world. How do you feel Physically? Do some light range of motion exercises. Where do You feel tension in your body, muscles, and joints?
