Founder/performance therapist
EJ Zebro brings over 25 years of expertise in teaching the art of functional movement. His journey began at The University of Delaware, where he pursued a degree in Exercise Science while playing D1 soccer. As a certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), EJ further honed his abilities working as a strength and conditioning coach for over two decades. Through his hand-on approach to working with clients, EJ developed the proprietary TAP fascial manipulation methodology, the foundation for TAP's approach to increasing physical performance and fostering a deep sense of body awareness. This approach has proven to decrease the rate of injury while expediting recovery time. EJ is passionate about helping his clients TAP IN to their internal experience and TAP OUT to understand how their bodies move through time and space. His goal is to help individuals thrive through all stages of life and to help others heal themselves.
Lauren Leppla cscs
OWNER/performance COACH
Lauren holds a BS in Environmental Science from New York University, where she participated in the NYU Triathlon Team. While she initially found fulfillment working for a residential real estate developer, her true passion has always revolved around outdoor fitness and adventure. With numerous marathons under her belt, a few Ragnar Relays, and multi-day hikes in the wilderness, Lauren's determination to pursue her passion led her to join TAP in operations. Concurrently, she embarked on obtaining her NSCA certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She quickly became integral to the success of TAP, and soon after joined EJ as a Partner in the business. Most recently, Lauren has become certified as a Women’s Coaching Specialist. Her goal is to help her clients stay fit and strong so they too can follow their passions.


Michael eaton cPt
HEAD performance COACH
Michael studied Physical Education in the Human Performance and Sports Science department at Winston-Salem State University while playing collegiate baseball. Following graduation, Michael joined a non-profit that provided assistance for children and families in crisis. During his eight years tenure, Michael developed a strong passion for helping others, but wanted to refocus his energy to the area of fitness and wellness. After becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Stretch Therapist, Michael discovered the perfect synergy at TAP. Here, he found the opportunity to combine his desire to assist others with his devotion to fitness. His commitment lies in empowering those he works with to embrace healthy and active lifestyles, fostering a sense of confidence in their abilities. Michael firmly believes in the transformative power of proper movement, recognizing it as a potent form of medicine.

PERFORMANCE THERAPIST/COACH
Colleen successfully earned a BS in Athletic Training from Boston University, which paved the way for her five-year tenure as an Athletic Trainer in collegiate athletics. Motivated to further her knowledge and expertise, she pursued an MS in Kinesiology at UConn. During this time, Colleen served as the Certified Athletic Trainer for the university's volleyball and softball teams. Additionally, she completed research focused on lower extremity biomechanics and injury prevention. Integrating her research and clinical experience into everyday practice, Colleen emphasizes the importance of functional movement and preventative medicine. With a passion to help more people live pain free, healthier lives, Colleen is now in the chiropractic program at the University of Bridgeport where she will graduate as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2024


CAITLYN HYDECK
PERFOMANCE COACH
Growing up in Connecticut, Caitlyn's early love for dance blossomed into a diverse array of styles, from jazz and tap to ballet, contemporary, hip hop, and more. Her focus on holistic well-being led her to embrace yoga, meditation, and dancer-specific workouts, enhancing her physical strength and dance career. Caitlyn earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and Performance from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. Following graduation, her passion for teaching and choreography thrived. She crafted award-winning routines in hip hop, jazz, and contemporary genres, instructing at renowned studios in New York and Connecticut. Certified in assisted stretching, Caitlyn deepened her expertise, aiding individuals of all ages and abilities in addressing physical imbalances. She now coaches, choreographs, and imparts body mechanics wisdom to the Fairfield University Dance Team and Sacred Heart University dance program. For over three decades, Caitlyn has shared her dance passion and body awareness commitment, relishing every moment. Her dedication continues at TAP, where she coaches clients to feel and perform their best.
NANCY WILSON
DIRECTOR OF MEMBER EXPERIENCE
After successfully earning a BS in Spanish and Psychology from Tufts University, Nancy embarked on a career in advertising and marketing in New York City. When she set up roots in CT more than two decades ago, her passion took her to the gym, where she became a personal trainer and a manager of health clubs. While balancing the responsibilities of raising two children, Nancy actively contributed to her community by volunteering her time with various local organizations in Westport, including the Library, the PTA, AWARE, the Remarkable Theater, and Club203. Additionally, Nancy serves as a local coordinator for an Au Pair Agency. Driven by her unwavering dedication to fitness, health, and community, Nancy is thrilled to bring her energy and love for community engagement to TAP's membership support team. She eagerly looks forward to assisting and supporting TAP members in their pursuit of their wellness goals.
