After several years she realized that building and managing premier properties was not as much fun as running and training. Determined to follow her passion for fitness, Lauren transitioned to working at TAP as an office manager, then led operations while also working as a Master Trainer before becoming a partner.

Michael eaton cPt

Michael studied Physical Education in the Human Performance and Sports Science department at Winston-Salem State University. Following graduation, Michael started working at a non-profit that provided assistance for children and families in crisis. After training to be a personal trainer and stretch therapist, he found that he could get the best of both worlds. Michael takes pride in giving those he works with the confidence to live a healthy and active lifestyle. He firmly believes that proper movement is medicine.

After graduating from Tufts with a BS in Spanish and Psychology, Nancy lived in NYC working in advertising and marketing for large firms. When she set up her roots in CT more than two decades ago, her passion took her to the gym, where she became a personal trainer and manager of health clubs. Two kids later, she has contributed on other fronts volunteering time with many local Westport organizations including the Library, the PTA, AWARE, the Remarkable Theater, and Club203.
