Lauren Leppla cscs

PARTNER/performance COACHING

After earning a BS in Environmental Science from New York University Lauren went to work for a leading residential real estate developer committed to environmental responsibility. After several years she realized that building and managing premier properties was not as much fun as running and training. Determined to follow her passion for fitness, Lauren transitioned to working at TAP as an office manager, then led operations while also working as a Master Trainer before becoming a partner.

Michael eaton cPt

TRAINER/performance COACHING

Michael studied Physical Education in the Human Performance and Sports Science department at Winston-Salem State University. Following graduation, Michael started working at a non-profit that provided assistance for children and families in crisis. During his 8 years there, Michael realized he had a strong passion for helping others but missed the health and wellness side of things. After training to be a personal trainer and stretch therapist, he found that he could get the best of both worlds. Michael takes pride in giving those he works with the confidence to live a healthy and active lifestyle. He firmly believes that proper movement is medicine.
