The TAP Performance Therapists help clients to heal themselves through hands on manual therapy and fascial manipulation to allow the body to recover from injury and bounce back more quickly from future stressors.
Circuit Class 8:00 AM
A challenging and fun 45 minutes that touch on a bit of everything. Each class starts with a dynamic warm up, followed by 2 circuits. Each circuit has various stations with different movements and exercises to give you a full body workout. To close out class, we do core focused training followed by a recovery stretch/cool down.
Mobility Class 9:00 AM
Mobility Class is about taking time to focus on your body and its recovery. TAP in to discover ranges of motion you didn’t know you had. Each 45 min guided self care class will incorporate foam rolling, dynamic/static stretching, joint articulation, and flow to keep you moving towards your functional fitness goals.
