The TAP Performance Therapists help clients to heal themselves through hands on manual therapy and fascial manipulation to allow the body to recover from injury and bounce back more quickly from future stressors.
Circuit Class Saturday 8:00 AM
Circuit Class Friday 6:00 AM
A challenging and fun 45 minutes that touch on a bit of everything. Each class starts with a dynamic warm up, followed by 2 circuits. Each circuit has various stations with different movements and exercises to give you a full body workout. To close out class, we do core focused training followed by a recovery stretch/cool down.
Yoga with Lauren Wednesday 6:00 PM
Lauren Lanham is a longtime yoga teacher who teaches
from a place of inspiration, knowledge, creativity, and compassion. She strives to create safe space to explore your unique path and connect to your deepest resources of self-awareness, compassion, and courage. ( E-RYT 500, Hatha, Vinyasa, Nidra Meditation, Reiki Master )
